Operative cosmic ray monitoring

Operative forecast with earliness time of ~1 day of Space Weather extreme events duration of 3-5 days, by means of the automated system of �Cyber-FORSHOCK�. Early diagnostics of events is carried out on the basis of cosmic rays monitoring on 5-mines data of the high-altitude neutron monitor st. Oulu (Finland). On an axis of ordinates, scale at the left - semidiurnal values of galactic cosmic rays (GCR) Intensity in impulses - a curve of dark blue color. On the right, semidiurnal values of GCR fluctuations Parameter in relative units - a curve of red color. On an axis abscissa - a time scale (year-month-day-hour). � The yellow zone � - a zone of the preliminary forecast on a significance value of 95 %. Below, by green color - the area of space "noise" for GCR fluctuations Parameter is shown. On dynamic �scroll box� highlight values of GCR Parameter and Intensity, and also date of their registration.
